This role provides the opportunity to manage high-priority merchant accounts while driving significant revenue growth and customer engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for strategic clients, helping them adopt best practices and scale financing solutions effectively. This position combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across teams, share insights, and influence product and process improvements, ensuring that clients achieve measurable success. High visibility with key accounts allows you to directly impact business outcomes while fostering long-term partnerships. - Manage a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts, driving adoption of financing solutions and increasing share of wallet.
- Support business development and partnerships in onboarding new merchants and scaling existing relationships.
- Provide guidance and training to merchants on best practices for using financing products effectively.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams, including product, marketing, and partnerships, to improve offerings.
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges to maximize results.
- Travel onsite to meet with merchants when necessary to build strong relationships and provide hands-on support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer success.
- 2+ years of experience in consumer financing, lending, fintech, or home services software.
- Proficiency with technology tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, Slack, Google Suite, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to optimize account management and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.
- Growth-oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large, high-visibility accounts.
