UX (User Experience) Designer
At Group O, our clients’ Digital Experience Design team focuses on creating intuitive, connected digital journeys across every customer touchpoint. We use human centered design to solve complex problems, adapt to evolving customer needs, and uncover future opportunities.

As a UX Designer, you will craft scalable, high quality digital experiences for business customers. This role is well suited for a confident, detail oriented designer who can own key aspects of the user experience, deliver production ready assets, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment.

In this role, you will translate complex requirements into clear, engaging, and user friendly solutions, thoughtfully balancing usability, accessibility, and visual design to create meaningful customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities


Essential Functions:
  • Design end to end user experiences for web platforms, from wireframes through high fidelity, production ready designs
  • Create clean, visually compelling layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability
  • Produce developer ready design files, specifications, and assets with precision and consistency
  • Apply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers
  • Contribute to and work within established design systems to ensure consistency across experiences
  • Clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and partners
  • Incorporate insights from user research, usability testing, and A/B testing into iterative design improvements

Job Qualifications


Education/Certifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Experience working with design systems and component based design
  • Experience producing web ready and developer friendly design assets
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with motion design, animation, video, or tools such as After Effects
  • Experience writing prompts for AI tools to support or accelerate design workflows
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing for web based experiences, including hands on production design
  • Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
  • Excellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to balance user needs with business and technical requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional environments
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with usability testing, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong writing, content design, or UX copy skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, or Claude
