The Role
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals applying for disability benefits. Your expertise will ensure accurate, thorough, and timely assessments that support fair and consistent decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Evaluations: Conduct detailed psychological and diagnostic assessments for disability claims, including mental and behavioral health.
- Testing: Administer and interpret cognitive assessments, personality inventories, and behavioral measures.
- Record Review: Analyze medical records and social histories to inform comprehensive clinical findings.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing diagnoses and recommendations aligned with regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work alongside healthcare providers, case managers, and legal professionals to ensure assessment accuracy.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and stay current with best practices in telehealth and disability procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensure: Active Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Georgia (and any other U.S. state).
- Assessment Expertise: Proven experience with psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and intake interviewing.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), child/family counseling, and working with diverse populations with disabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable delivering remote assessments via telehealth platforms and documenting within medical records systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging clients and the ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation efficiently.
Two Distinct Compensation Tracks
We empower our clinicians to choose the employment model that best suits their needs:
Option 1: Full-Time Salaried (W2)
- Annual Salary: $175,000.00 (paid bi-weekly).
- Paid Time Off: 120 hours of PTO annually + 8 paid company holidays + your Birthday off.

- Professional Development: Company-paid licensure/recertification costs and approved CEUs/conferences.
Option 2: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Pay: $100 per completed evaluation.
- Flexibility: Total control over your schedule—choose your own availability and work as much or as little as you like.
