Your Role: Groundskeeper
As a PMG Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for the daily presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of our property. You’ll play a vital role in creating a beautiful, welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Grounds Care
- Maintain property grounds, common areas, and building exteriors
- Remove trash from office areas, dumpster corrals, and community perimeter daily
- Assist with “trash outs” of vacant units
- Support maintenance staff in cleaning apartments, models, and common areas
- Report maintenance needs in apartments or shared spaces
- Perform light troubleshooting of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
- Maintain pool cleanliness and chemical levels (if applicable)
- Check irrigation systems regularly
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
Resident & Team Support
- Represent the property with professionalism at all times
- Assist with resident communication (notices, flyers, etc.)
- Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention efforts
- Support community events and PMG “Gives Back” initiatives
Administrative & Compliance
- Follow company policies and safety protocols
- Stay compliant with required training and certifications
- Maintain accurate logs and equipment use as needed

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
- CFC, CPO, HVAC
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance
- Must provide your own basic tools
