Front Desk Associate (Part-time) - Myo West Hollywood
$20.50 - $22.50 an hour
We’re looking for a stellar part-time Front Desk Associate (FDA) to join our established and high-performing team at Myo West Hollywood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.
Myo - West Hollywood (8354 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069)
We’re looking for candidates available to work 3–4 shifts per week, with scheduling between Tuesday and Sunday. Flexible availability and the ability to commit to at least one weekend day are required.
FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. - Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
- Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
- Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- 1+ year in customer service or hospitality
- Passionate about delivering great client experiences
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their environment
- Confident communicator who can clearly explain services and value
- Business-minded with an understanding of booking and client flow
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
