This role leads enterprise-wide AI enablement, driving the translation of AI strategy into scalable, value-driven solutions across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Marketing. The Director will orchestrate AI initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to industrialization, ensuring adoption, security, and governance are embedded throughout. This position partners with leaders to redesign processes, deploy AI copilots, and embed automation into workflows, accelerating productivity and employee experience. The role requires executive-level stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, and the ability to measure tangible business outcomes from AI initiatives. It offers the opportunity to shape internal AI strategy, create best practices, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. - Define and execute the Enterprise AI Enablement roadmap across corporate functions, identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI and automation opportunities
- Lead AI initiatives end-to-end, from ideation through testing, deployment, and scaling, ensuring integration with enterprise platforms
- Drive AI adoption and literacy through change management, training, communication, and development of best practices and playbooks
- Partner with IT, Data, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to embed responsible AI governance and maintain security and compliance standards
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of AI product owners, transformation leads, and automation experts
- Manage relationships with technology partners, platforms, and vendors to standardize and scale AI solutions
- Track and report on productivity gains, adoption metrics, and business impact, while promoting continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI or automation initiatives
- Strong understanding of GenAI, AI platforms, AI copilots, and process automation
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing)
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Pragmatic, execution-oriented, and outcome-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives
