Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key healthcare clients, building trusted partnerships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new accounts, coordinating activities such as account configuration, billing setup, system integrations, and platform utilization.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, discuss needs, and align solutions with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value and maximize revenue within existing relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on account performance and provide strategic insights to internal leadership.
- Manage contract discussions, renewals, and pricing negotiations in coordination with sales and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, key account management, or customer relationship management roles.
- Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and consistently achieve revenue growth and retention targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level healthcare leaders.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage complex client relationships and business discussions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for account management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients when required.
