HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Web & Digital Experience Specialist will manage and support the maintenance, operation, and development of our mission-critical websites, portals and e-commerce solutions. This position will lead the day-to-day efforts of our various web experience programs including gathering functional requirements, designing and overseeing development of new experiences, implementing ongoing website content updates, planning, and testing integrations, validating new digital tools, and making key decisions based on user data and feedback. This role on the Enterprise Business Solutions Team will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless digital experiences, optimize system performance, and drive innovation through technology solutions.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Digital Platform Management & Optimization: Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of our website, portal and e-commerce portfolio. Serve as subject matter expert for LifeNet Healths digital platform including frontend and backend technologies. Perform enhancements to existing systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with various internal and external stakeholders including agencies, product managers, and creative teams. Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Content Oversight: Conceive and develop new features and extend existing features of LifeNet Health web applications. Audit content to ensure accuracy and consistency across brands. Oversee, edit, and drive onsite content to improve customer engagement through content, SEO and CRO.
WHAT YOULL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Five (5) years of project management experience in web design and development
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar
- Experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm
- Experience using software such as Jira, Drupal, or Magento
Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute and oversee digital projects from inception to completion. Proficient in managing project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while utilizing project management methodologies.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $75,841 to $101,121 annually
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $75,841 annually (entry level qualifications) to $101,121 annually (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
