LPN will be responsible for the direct care & safety of all residents on assigned units, overseeing CNAs on units, medication administration, treatment completion, and all necessary documentation completion. Candidate needs compassion, good communication, great customer service and be a team player. Reports all necessary information to Supervisor and/or Physician. Acute care experience is preferable. Sigma care EMR experience a plus.
