Job Overview

• Company: Trademark Builders Group LLC.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 to $115,000 per year plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Hybrid (Murfreesboro, TN).

• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Commercial Building Concrete, Site Concrete & Utility Trenching.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity You will serve as a foundational leader for a growing company, directly influencing the systems and processes used to secure major commercial projects. This role offers the unique chance to participate in strategic solutions and transition into high-level leadership as the department expands. You will have the autonomy to manage project pursuits while receiving the dedicated support of a Project Executive.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute comprehensive quantity take-offs and build detailed estimates to ensure competitive and profitable project bidding.

• Collaborate with field operations to establish accurate labor production rates and project timelines.

• Direct the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating material pricing and subcontractor quotes.

• Manage Invitation to Bid (ITB) workflows and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key commercial clients.

• Formulate detailed project estimates and present them to the Project Executive for final review and submission.

• Prioritize daily tasks and project pursuits effectively to meet strict bidding deadlines and department goals.

• Contribute to quarterly strategic meetings by representing the business development and estimating department.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial estimating, specifically within concrete.

• Proven ability to perform complex quantity take-offs and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and the full lifecycle of project pursuits.

• Strong technical proficiency in estimating software and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Evidence of leadership qualities and a desire to help build company-wide systems and processes.

• Previous experience collaborating directly with field operations to refine labor and production data.
