About This Position
About the Role:
As an Attendant Zipline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they experience the thrill of ziplining. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the zipline operations, providing guidance and support to participants before, during, and after their adventure. You will be responsible for conducting safety briefings, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained, and assisting with the harnessing process. Additionally, you will monitor the zipline course to ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide assistance in case of emergencies. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in first aid and CPR.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recreational or outdoor adventure setting.
- Knowledge of zipline operations and safety protocols.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or tourism environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety briefings for guests before they embark on the zipline experience.
- Assist guests with harnessing and ensure all safety equipment is properly fitted.
- Monitor the zipline course and operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide support and assistance to guests during their ziplining experience.
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during zipline operations.
