Program Manager Crypto & Security Competence Centre

This role sits at the intersection of advanced program management and cutting-edge security and cryptography technologies, driving complex initiatives within a highly technical environment. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs that span hardware, software, and embedded security domains, ensuring delivery of secure connectivity and processing solutions. Acting as a central coordination point, you will align engineering, architecture, and external partners around clear program objectives and milestones. The position requires strong leadership in managing technical complexity, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders. You will contribute directly to the development of secure and innovative products that support next-generation connected systems. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization focused on building safer and more secure digital ecosystems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program planning, including defining requirements, specifications, timelines, and integration milestones in collaboration with architects and stakeholders.
  • Manage execution of complex cross-functional programs involving hardware, software, embedded systems, and security components.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and business priorities.
  • Report KPIs, program status, and performance metrics to governance and project review boards.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams, suppliers, research groups, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) execution within defined timelines, cost targets, and quality expectations.
  • Identify and resolve critical path issues, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence across program delivery frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field.
  • Strong experience in program or project management of complex technical initiatives involving hardware and software components.
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems, software development, or system-on-chip (SoC) environments.
  • Knowledge of cryptography, secure protocols, cybersecurity, or anomaly detection is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern program management practices is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project or portfolio management platforms is a plus.
  • PMP or PMI certification is desirable but not mandatory.
