Requirements

You bring strong experience in resourcing, project staffing, or event delivery leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex operational challenges
  • Experience with PSA tools or workforce management systems is highly preferred
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $105,000
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options with strong employer contributions
  • 100% employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance
