  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering and architecture organizations
  • Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-grade platforms in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
  • Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns including microservices, APIs, cloud-native, and event-driven systems
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, generative AI, and LLM-based systems applied in engineering or products
  • Demonstrated experience leading DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering transformations
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, AI integration patterns, and scalable data platforms
  • Experience managing global, distributed teams and driving large-scale organizational transformation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong leadership in building high-performing, coaching-driven, and innovation-focused engineering cultures
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to measurable business outcomes

  • Annual bonus eligibility based on performance
  • Retirement contributions and comprehensive financial benefits
  • Full health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
