This role is designed for a high-impact social media leader who goes far beyond content publishing to truly build and scale a modern digital brand. You will own the full social ecosystem across major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, transforming social media into a key driver of awareness, engagement, and revenue. Working in a fast-paced DTC environment, you will shape brand voice, build creator partnerships, and design scalable content systems that fuel consistent growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go together, and where your work directly influences brand perception and business performance. You will collaborate closely with growth, creative, and performance marketing teams to amplify winning content and turn it into scalable campaigns. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel, multi-platform social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels aligned with brand and growth objectives.
  • Build structured content roadmaps, manage daily publishing, and continuously optimize performance based on engagement and conversion data.
  • Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice while translating complex product or category topics into clear, engaging social content.
  • Lead creator and influencer strategy, including UGC program development, briefing, relationship management, and performance optimization of content partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and scale a social media team, including freelancers or in-house contributors, while creating SOPs and workflow systems for content production and reporting.
  • Drive performance analysis and growth initiatives by identifying winning formats, improving KPIs, and collaborating with paid media teams to scale high-performing content.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in DTC or consumer brand social media management, with a proven ability to grow audiences and drive business impact through organic content. You are both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable building systems and producing high-performing content.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media management for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer-focused brands.
  • Proven track record of growing TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video channels with measurable engagement and audience growth.
  • Strong experience working with UGC creators, influencers, and structured creator programs.
  • Deep understanding of short-form content strategy, including hooks, storytelling, retention, and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to build and manage content calendars, campaign launches, and ongoing publishing workflows.
  • Proficiency with social media tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, CTR, shares, saves).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics into compelling content.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams to scale winning organic content into performance campaigns.
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to provide clear direction and feedback to designers, editors, and creators.
