You will serve as the face of an ethical, family-rooted company that has led the industry since 1976. • Generate high-quality leads through active door-to-door canvassing and strategic field marketing initiatives.

• Conduct detailed on-site inspections for residential roofing, siding, and decking projects to ensure accurate project scoping.

• Present professional estimates and negotiate contracts to secure new business with local homeowners.

• Coordinate daily with production teams to ensure every installation meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety.

• Manage the client experience as the primary point of contact from the initial contract signing through project delivery.

• Maintain precise documentation of all sales activities and customer communications to ensure project transparency.

• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid drivers license for daily field travel.

• Demonstrated comfort with door-to-door lead generation and proactive sales techniques.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and internal production teams.

• Prior experience in roofing, siding, decking, or general exterior construction sales.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Demonstrated track record of being self-motivated and results-driven in a commission-based environment.

• Bi-weekly pay cycle with additional commission and performance-based bonuses.
