This role sits at the intersection of business systems, Salesforce CPQ, and enterprise application engineering, supporting end-to-end revenue operations in a fast-evolving digital environment. You will contribute to the configuration, testing, and optimization of CPQ solutions that directly impact quoting, pricing, and contract lifecycle processes. Working within a collaborative Enterprise Applications team, you will support both ongoing enhancements and strategic transformation initiatives, including an upcoming migration toward Revenue Cloud. The position involves close interaction with admins, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders, including global teams operating across time zones. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, process efficiency, and data integrity across integrated enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Configure and support Salesforce CPQ solutions based on defined business and technical specifications.
- Execute functional and integration testing, ensuring system compliance and high-quality delivery standards.
- Assist in building and maintaining test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with Admins and Analysts on daily operational tasks, documentation, and technical debt remediation.
- Support enterprise applications such as DocuSign, OwnBackup, and other integrated third-party tools.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of CPQ and related systems.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving ERP integrations and revenue lifecycle processes.
- Salesforce CPQ, Administrator, and Platform Developer I certifications.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ in SaaS or subscription-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Approvals, Price Rules, and Advanced Order Management.
- Experience in Lead-to-Cash implementations, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Exposure to ERP integrations such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.
- Functional experience with third-party tools such as DocuSign or eSignature/document generation platforms.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud (preferred) and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs is highly desirable.
