Accountabilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Success Managers.
  • Maintain your own functional area during coverage times.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to align goals.
  • Develop the team as an individual unit aligned with business objectives.
  • Champion customer experience through cross-functional visibility.
  • Resolve client complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Aim to exceed business metrics such as customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support team initiatives and policy deployments.
  • Communicate departmental and employee concerns judiciously.
  • Handle PHI in compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of sales or support experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success or client retention role.
  • Successful track record in achieving customer success goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Capability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Ability to work independently with intrinsic motivation.
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong time management with prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.
