About This Position

Description:

Join the Team Behind the World’s Leading Class Management Software!

About the Role

As a Mobile App Administrator, you will be the dedicated owner of our white-label mobile app program — responsible for transforming our base iOS and Android apps into fully branded, customer-ready products and seeing them through to live publication on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the branding, submission, and ongoing support lifecycle of their mobile app.

What You Will Do

  • Apply customer branding to iOS and Android mobile app builds through established build configuration processes
  • Submit completed app builds to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on behalf of customers, managing submission through the respective developer portals
  • Collect, review, and prepare customer-submitted logos, icons, and brand assets to meet Apple and Google technical specifications
  • Coordinate app store account setup requirements with customers, including Apple Developer Program enrollment guidance and Google Play Console access
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing contact throughout the entire branded app lifecycle — from initial onboarding through live publication and beyond
  • Work directly with customers to gather required assets, provide guidance on design standards and sizing requirements, and request revisions when needed
  • Maintain a helpdesk-style queue of active customer app requests and support tickets, prioritizing and managing workload accordingly
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for the end-to-end branded app workflow

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience with the Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console submission processes
  • Familiarity with mobile app build configuration concepts — ability to follow documented build processes and apply configuration settings without writing code
  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-first mindset; comfortable managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills — able to track parallel workflows across many accounts without things slipping through the cracks
  • Comfort working with graphic assets — understanding of image formats, sizing specifications, and basic requirements for app icons and splash screens
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly as Apple and Google platform requirements evolve
  • Experience working within a ticketing system (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

What We Bring

We believe in taking care of our people.

  • Highly competitive compensation package
  • Robust PTO because work-life balance matters
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more!
  • Generous 401(k) contribution to help you plan for your future
  • Fun company events that connect our team
  • Career growth opportunities in a thriving, purpose-driven company
