**This is a hybrid position**

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors online and social discussions and provides timely responses to posts, player requests, questions, and feedback. Provides online and social communities with education, problem-solving, and insightful interactions
  • Prepares logs and reports tracking the costs and performance of organic, earned, and paid social media campaigns
  • Assists with production of creative content, including copy, images, and video for social media and digital channels
  • Monitors brand reputation, both online and with media, producing reports as needed
  • Assists in prize fulfillment duty for social media promotions
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience
  • Ability to handle disgruntled or frustrated players when moderating blog comments or engaging on social channels
  • Knowledge of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Knowledge of media tracking service or software such as Critical Mention or Brandwatch
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs to create creative content
  • Ability to make basic graphics for internal communications, video projects, and social media distribution
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Hiring Rate: $51,078 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
