The public cloud is rapidly evolving, with businesses investing over $200B annually in cloud technology. As AI accelerates demand for scalable infrastructure, cloud costs are soaring, and most teams still rely on spreadsheets to manage them.
At North, we're building the next-generation cloud spend management platform. We give companies real-time visibility, control, and automation over their cloud finances, so they can grow efficiently, without wasting time or money.
Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global customers like Brave, The New York Public Library, and SumUp, we're assembling a world-class team to redefine how businesses manage cloud infrastructure.
About the role

We're hiring a Product Manager to sit at the center of North's product, bridging customer needs, GTM strategy, and engineering execution. You'll own the roadmap end-to-end: synthesizing customer feedback and market signals, driving feature development from discovery to launch, and making sure the right things get built at the right time.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a customer conversation, a Figma file, and a sprint planning meeting. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to shape a product that simplifies cloud finance for technical and business stakeholders alike.
If you thrive at the intersection of data, design, and delivery and want to help define a category, this is your role.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, synthesizing input from customers, GTM teams, and engineering to prioritize what gets built and why.
- Serve as the connective tissue between go-to-market and product engineering, translating customer pain points and sales insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with Design to create and iterate on wireframes and prototypes in Figma, driving new feature development and UX improvements from concept through spec.
- Analyze product usage data and feature adoption trends to understand how customers engage with the platform, identify friction points, and surface opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and manage sprints with engineering leadership, tracking deadlines, milestones, and delivery commitments for key feature releases.
- Write clear, well-scoped PRDs and user stories that give engineering and design the context they need to move fast.
- Conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions to validate problems before committing to solutions.
- Define and monitor success metrics for each feature, closing the loop between what we ship and the impact it drives.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, running retrospectives, identifying process gaps, and raising the bar on how the team operates.
- 4+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS or B2B company.
- Proven ability to collaborate across GTM, customer-facing, and engineering teams to align on and execute a product roadmap.
- Hands-on experience working with Figma or similar design tools, comfortable reviewing, contributing to, or co-creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong analytical skills: experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar) to track usage patterns and inform prioritization decisions.
- Experience owning sprint planning and release tracking in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to distill complex problems into crisp requirements and clear narratives.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment, building structure where there isn't any.
- Based in New York City and excited to collaborate in-office (hybrid, Dumbo Brooklyn
