How You Contribute to The Team

The Material Handler I is responsible for performing the movement, staging and loading of materials on the back side of production and for outbound shipments.

• Operate forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain flow of materials to and from each work area on the back side of production.
• Stage and prepare product for production in all work areas.
• Evaluate, plan, and perform truck loading under time constraints.
• Load finished product on skids onto the appropriate outbound trucks.
• Receive inbound shipments, not including raw materials.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of material handling experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and demonstrate safe forklift driving.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependability and a willingness to learn.

Team members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay range is $21.50 - $23.00 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
