As a fast-growing mobility and transportation technology company, we’re scaling rapidly — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments to help drive operational and strategic initiatives across the business. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and delivering measurable business impact, this role is for you

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across operations, product, and commercial teams
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive project execution while balancing speed, quality, and risk management
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and align on outcomes
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Use data-driven decision making to guide prioritisation and measure success
• Support organisational change management, adoption, and communication
• Track project performance and evaluate business impact post-launch

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations Management
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments (startup, scale-up, consulting, operations, or tech preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• Comfortable working with data using Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make decisions with incomplete information
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, SaaS, or technology companies
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMQ)
• Experience supporting operational transformation or process improvement initiatives

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 DOE
