• Define, evangelize, and execute the product vision and strategy across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives.
• Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and anticipate market developments.
• Drive innovation by fostering collaboration, ideation, and discovery within technology teams.
• Manage interdependencies among projects, products, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee key technology processes and repeatable execution practices to deliver consistent results.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to align product roadmap and deliverables with customer requirements.
• Develop and manage critical data partnerships and integrations to enhance product offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier technology talent to maintain a world-class product organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading technology teams delivering large-scale and complex SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and operational realities.
• Proven experience shaping product strategy while managing technical execution and trade-offs.
• Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to translate needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration, including engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Experience building partner integrations, data partnerships, and OEM opportunities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-growing organizations.
• Passion for cybersecurity, innovation, and driving organizational impact.
• Ability to operate as both a hands-on contributor and strategic leader.
