- Define, evangelize, and execute the product vision and strategy across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and anticipate market developments.
- Drive innovation by fostering collaboration, ideation, and discovery within technology teams.
- Manage interdependencies among projects, products, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee key technology processes and repeatable execution practices to deliver consistent results.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to align product roadmap and deliverables with customer requirements.
- Develop and manage critical data partnerships and integrations to enhance product offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier technology talent to maintain a world-class product organization.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading technology teams delivering large-scale and complex SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and operational realities.
- Proven experience shaping product strategy while managing technical execution and trade-offs.
- Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to translate needs into actionable product initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration, including engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Experience building partner integrations, data partnerships, and OEM opportunities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-growing organizations.

- Total compensation range: $200,000$300,000 (base + bonus).
