- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external engagements
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence for high-level meetings
- Coordinate Board of Directors and governance-related meetings, including materials and travel logistics
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and approvals for senior leadership
- Serve as liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead planning and execution of team events, offsites, and social initiatives
- Monitor communications, take messages, and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding items
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or relevant certification a plus
- Minimum 8 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum 2 years supporting executive-level management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and office management skills with the ability to handle complex arrangements
- Experience with SAP and Concur preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information professionally
- Capable of prioritizing tasks from multiple sources and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
