- Conduct complex analytic studies using statistical techniques on healthcare data.
- Present statistical and analytic findings in various formats for easy interpretation.
- Create and maintain efficient statistical and analytic code using tools like Python, SAS, and R.
- Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze pricing behaviors and stakeholder activities.
- Ensure analysis quality through rigorous data validation and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare and present materials to team members and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or private healthcare as a statistician or economist.
- Experience working with healthcare data, particularly pharmacy claims.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as Python, SAS, STATA, or R.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, techniques, and tests.
- Ability to summarize and present complex analytic findings effectively.
