Toyota of York is hiring for a BDC Representative!

Essential Duties:

· Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional manner.

· Perform outbound calls utilizing various customer contact lists to develop business for the service department

· Obtain detailed vehicle information from callers to direct to appropriate person or department.

· Accurately schedule service appointments in accordance with Toyota of York guidelines.

· Utilize appropriate software to advise callers on recall information.

· Maintain current knowledge of Toyota of York and Toyota’s programs and products to provide customers excellent service and correctly direct calls.

· Provide accurate and up to date pricing and Toyota specific program information to callers as appropriate.

· Direct phone calls to appropriate party as necessary

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to accurately process detailed information while performing multiple tasks.

· Previous phone and customer service experience preferred.

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

· Ability to sit at a desk and use computer for the entire shift.

· Regularly required to talk or hear.

· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

· Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
