SUMMARY:

• The primary purpose of this role is to intake calls, communicate with clients, and evaluate prospective new clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive calls, emails, and walk-ins from prospective clients and gather information to become familiar with their cases for determination.
• Utilize software to schedule new client appointments and prepare necessary new client paperwork.
• Coordinate sign-ups and locations with investigators for client appointments being held outside the firm.
• Communicate proactively with all team members, investigators, and clients through the intake process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• No prior experience or training; Previous legal experience preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
