About the position:

This is a unique opportunity to join an expert social media team and create amazing content! We are looking for someone who is social media obsessed, and excited to do a role behind the scenes supporting our Social Media Manager in delivering brand aligned & educational content to our clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Create high volumes of daily content (filming and editing)
• Capture and edit b-roll footage; transform existing content into reels and social posts
• Schedule and upload content across platforms
• Repurpose old content into fresh, engaging formats.
• Recreate and enhance top-performing content concepts
• Assist with filming sessions that require multiple team members
• Support occasional on-camera needs (not a primary camera-facing role)
• Manage and organise social media content assets
• Engage with external posts by commenting to boost visibility and traction

What are we seeking?

• Marketing degree, Business degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in the social media space or doing any sort of content creation is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, and ideally experience with video editing tools like Capcut
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work proactively
• Someone who loves social media and is passionate about building their career in this space!
