The Commercial Logistics Coordinator supports the efficient movement, storage, and processing of vehicles within the auto auction environment, with a primary focus on Commercial and Lease customers. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation, tracking vehicle inventory, scheduling deliveries and pickups, and ensuring vehicles are received, staged, and released accurately and on time. The Commercial Logistics Coordinator works closely with Commercial and Lease account representatives, auction operations, transport vendors, buyers, and sellers to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure service expectations are met. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST
What You Will Do:
- Plan, assign, and manage daily vehicle movements and transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, carriers/vendors, and internal teams by handling inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Process transportation orders, accurately input data into logistics and tracking systems, and maintain complete documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), call logs, and shipment records.
- Monitor shipments in real time; proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and logistical issues; and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update carrier profiles, including equipment details, contact information, contract terms, and insurance requirements.
- Track driver and carrier performance, monitor transportation costs, and support data-driven reporting to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with operational requirements while supporting special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
- Languages: English (required), Spanish (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, auction operations, or vehicle remarketing preferred.
- Experience working with Commercial and Lease customers, fleet operations, or off-lease vehicle processing strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, transport vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with auction management systems or logistics software a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, vehicle tracking, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle transportation, inventory control, and safety procedures preferred.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $21.00 - $24.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
