Position Overview

The Strategic Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting key accounts and ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendor partner and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation across internal departments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate proposals, project schedules, billings and account records.
  • Assist in managing multiple local sub-contractor partners supporting projects nationally.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Support the Business Development and Operations teams with client presentations and status updates.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and project managers to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or client services—preferably in telecommunications or construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Team player.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and compliance processes.
