You will be responsible for driving adoption, influencing market perception, and ensuring the field is fully enabled to execute on revenue-generating plays. - Develop and lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products, launches, and growth initiatives.
- Translate product positioning, messaging, and competitive insights into actionable revenue plays for sales and customer success teams.
- Own market intelligence, including buyer personas, ICPs, journey mapping, and competitive analysis, to inform product, pricing, and messaging decisions.
- Enable the field with sales assets, demos, battlecards, and readiness programs to drive adoption and sales effectiveness.
- Engage analysts and industry influencers to validate messaging, strengthen brand credibility, and enhance market perception.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class product marketing team, establishing KPIs and processes that link efforts to measurable business outcomes.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts and proactively create differentiation strategies to improve win rates and influence roadmap decisions.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing (SaaS preferred), with at least 35 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven ability to build go-to-market strategies and revenue plays that drive pipeline, bookings, and product adoption.
- Deep expertise in product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, pricing and packaging, and buyer research.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience with Product, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
- Hands-on experience creating compelling content, collateral, and enablement assets.
- Skilled in analyst relations and modern sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
