Position Summary:The Business Solutions Representative is responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients (Agents) through telephone calls, generating a commercial relationship, which allows negotiations to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.Duties and Responsabilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide effective solutions through both inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct and document regular telephone outreach across the assigned territory.
- Monitor pricing and report on trends or discrepancies.
- Follow up with inactive agencies.
- Develop and implement business plans to support regional goals.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory of Vietnam.
- Prepare and submit reports on competitor activity.
- Provide support and assistance to sales field staff as needed.
- Oversee the full onboarding and installation process for new agencies.
- Support and develop new agents to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain and increase transaction volume within the assigned territory of Vietnam.
- Ensure sustained and growing profitability of transactions in the territory of Vietnam.
- Grow and manage the portfolio of assigned agencies.
- Track, follow up, and resolve issues reported by agents and field staff.
- Maintain full availability to respond to operational and business needs.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common objectives.
- Periodically visits key accounts, to support with POS marketing material, pricing, FX rates, and all tools needed to growth the business.
- Periodically visits decliners agents to support with all tools needed to recoup the transaction and growth the business.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Needs to have US passport, as travel outside the country is required.
- 24 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development.
- Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence.
- Creative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problems.
- Ability to multitask and manage business conflicts.
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential customers.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Very organized and attentive to details. Disciplined and dedicated.
- Strong ability to track multiple initiatives and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire for success.

- Must be an expert in handling CRM software and other common computer programs such as Power Point, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Excel.

- General office working conditions with a hybrid work schedule. Frequent travel (foreign and domestic) is required.
