About the Role:As a Purchasing Coordinator, you’ll support day to day purchasing activities that keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly. You’ll work closely with production, logistics, and suppliers, gaining real-world experience across the full procurement process. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do· Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers for manufacturing materials
· Create, receive, and track purchase orders in SAP
· Follow up with vendors on pricing, delivery dates, and order status
· Coordinate daily with production and logistics to support schedules
· Help monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or delays
· Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and discounts
· Ensure materials meet quality and compliance standards
· Research alternate suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
· Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with credits
· Respond to internal requests quickly and professionally
· Maintain organized inventory, stockroom, and storage areas
What We’re Looking For· 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (manufacturing preferred)
· Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
· Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus, not required)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
· Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company

Requirements:Bachelor or Associates Degree
ERP Experience
Previous experience with Purchasing ( Manufacturing)
