Position: Customer Experience Leader
Location: Wilmington, MA
Pay Range: $15.50/hr -$31/hr total compensation

Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Leader at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Wilmington, MA, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales. No experience? No problem! We offer full training to help you succeed. You will participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Team up with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
  • Junk Removal: Perform physical tasks such as lifting junk (up to 50 lbs) from residential and commercial properties.
  • Sales Advocacy: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally, provide accurate estimates, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid standard driver’s license.
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
