In this role, you will be a key player in driving the effectiveness of customer acquisition efforts through data-driven insights and strategies. You will design experiments that assess campaign performance and optimize landing pages, ensuring that marketing investments yield measurable results. Collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders, your work will enable timely monitoring and actionable recommendations that shape future strategies. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while supporting a dynamic and innovative team.Accountabilities
  • Design and implement robust measurement strategies for acquisition campaigns and landing pages, including A/B tests and incrementality tests.
  • Build real-time monitoring and alerting frameworks to track in-flight campaign and test performance.
  • Analyze campaign and landing page effectiveness to surface actionable insights that improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Apply attribution frameworks to evaluate acquisition performance and optimize marketing spend.
  • Develop interactive, intuitive reporting for stakeholders to understand performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure test results are shared and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to refine data for marketing measurement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing analytics and experimentation.
Requirements
  • 57 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, ideally in an e-commerce or subscription-based environment.
  • Strong expertise in marketing measurement, including experimental design and campaign attribution.
  • In-depth understanding of attribution concepts, especially MMM, MTA, and incrementality.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating dashboards and interactive reports in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with campaign management and ad tech platforms.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence marketing decisions through data insights.
