• Drive, build, scale, and optimize multi tower global operations e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.
• Collaborate with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise for client proposals and RFPs.
• Set up new GBS and GCCs, transforming cost centers into strategic growth enablers.
• Utilize analytical tools to enhance business functions.
• Perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Deliver end to end transformation programs.
• Lead AI-powered automation and analytics initiatives.
• Design global delivery models and governance structures.
• Partner with client leadership to define GBS operating models.
• Evaluate and identify business needs and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience.
• Expert proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Transformation.
• Minimum of 4 years in skills related to the role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
