- Drive, build, scale, and optimize multi tower global operations e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.
- Collaborate with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise for client proposals and RFPs.
- Set up new GBS and GCCs, transforming cost centers into strategic growth enablers.
- Utilize analytical tools to enhance business functions.
- Perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Deliver end to end transformation programs.
- Lead AI-powered automation and analytics initiatives.
- Design global delivery models and governance structures.
- Partner with client leadership to define GBS operating models.
- Evaluate and identify business needs and solutions.
- At least 10 years of work experience.
- Expert proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Transformation.
- Minimum of 4 years in skills related to the role.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
