Demand for Revive is growing every day. Homeowners and agents are reaching out to understand how strategic renovations and smarter selling can unlock more value from their homes. Speed, clarity, and follow-through matter, and this role exists to ensure every inbound opportunity is handled with urgency and intention. As an Inside Sales Rep, you are the first conversation, the first impression, and the person who turns interest into real opportunity for our Property Advisors.

This role is also intentionally designed for people who want to grow fast. We are building our future sales bench, and this position is the proving ground. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to our product, process, and customers, develop strong sales fundamentals, and earn a clear path to grow into a Property Advisor role where you own deals, drive revenue, and lead client relationships.

What you will do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound homeowner and real estate agent leads via phone, text, email, and chat
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and confidence
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach to homeowners and real estate agents to generate new opportunities
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria and schedule meetings for Property Advisors
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand homeowner goals, timelines, and motivation
  • Clearly explain Revive’s value proposition and determine next steps for each opportunity
  • Manage follow-ups, reschedules, and ongoing communication to keep opportunities moving forward
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all activity, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve your sales skills
  • Track personal performance metrics and take ownership of improving results over time

Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or another high-contact role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM system
  • Comfort working toward goals and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Real estate or proptech experience preferred, but not required

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Irvine, CA)
