Systems Engineer Senior Level (Must currently possess active TS/SCI with Poly) at Integrity Technology – Laurel, Maryland
About This Position

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Must have:
- Experience with developing / generating DoD Architectural Framework (DoDAF) views leveraging the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) using Cameo.
- Systems Engineering experience supporting a large DoD/DoW program (i.e., Acquisition Category I (ACAT I) Major Automated Information System (MAIS)) throughout the systems development life cycle.
- Understanding of the systems engineering “Vee” with the identification of requirements (security, technical, functional…) and the subsequent testing of the requirements.
- Understanding of Capability Requirements, Required Performance Measures and the associated Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, and Measures of Suitability.
- Knowledge of taking a system through the Risk Management Process to receive an Authority to Operate (ATO). Understanding of how a System Security Plan is created.
- Knowledge of Business Processes would be a plus.
- Experience managing a contract for the Agency
- Familiarity with Private Software as a Service deployment
- Familiarity with deploying a cloud service provider
- TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
- Bachelor ' s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $160,000-210,000
