About This Position
SUMMARY
The Lawn and Landscaping Helper will be a highly motivated individual that is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and attractiveness of the outdoors of company, residential, and farm properties. Responsibilities will include all aspects of daily care at associated properties, such as mowing grass, weed eating, cleaning outdoor areas, etc.
DUTIES
- Safely operate lawn care and/or farm equipment and power tools and equipment on a daily basis (lawn mowers, zero turn mowers, tractors and bush hogs, weedeaters, chainsaws, pole saws, etc.)
- Mowing grass and landscaping of business, farm, and residential properties
- Weeding and weed eating around properties
- Cleaning buildings and storage units
- Cleaning and general upkeep of vehicles and equipment
- Report safety issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
- And all other duties as assigned based on the scope of this position
KEY CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record with a willingness and ability to obtain a Class B CDL and HAZMAT endorsement within 6 months of being hired
