About the Program
The People Team Rotation Program is a three‑year, early‑career development experience designed to build broad HR capability and prepare future HR talent at Gulfstream Aerospace.
Participants will rotate through multiple areas of the People Team, which may include:
- Talent Acquisition
- Technical Training
- People Partner
- People Operations
- People Experience
- Workforce Development
- Candidate Engagement
Each rotation provides hands-on exposure to both strategic initiatives and operational execution, allowing participants to gain depth in HR practices while developing core competencies in:
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Project and change management
- Employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Program Experience
As part of Gulfstream Aerospace, participants will work in a collaborative environment driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence. Throughout the program, you will:
- Contribute to meaningful People Team initiatives and projects
- Gain visibility with HR leaders and cross-functional partners
- Build a professional network across multiple HR disciplines
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring
Rotations are designed to give participants a comprehensive understanding of how HR supports Gulfstream’s world-class workforce and contributes to business outcomes. Upon completion of the program, participants will transition into a full-time HR role based on business needs, performance, and individual strengths.
- Understand and translate the various PT disciplines and communicates potential solutions to specific customer situations .
- Understand the strategic workforce plan and how it applies to assigned customer group, as well as annual supporting objectives .
- Develop knowledge of the assigned customer annual headcount plans and objectives .
- Support the execution of initiatives to deliver on the PT annual plan for assigned customer group .
- Support employee engagement action plan development for respective areas in conjunction with customers .
- Act as the "change agent" for customer initiatives .
- Understand and adhere to OFCCP guidelines .
- Field questions by internal and external customers who need guidance concerning the application and talent acquisition process .
- Project manage enterprise-wide HR projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure successful execution and delivery .
- Foster a culture of open/honest communication, transparency, and accountability within program teams .
