Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the MASTIFF software solution. This role is responsible for the administration of a Microsoft Power Platform enterprise environment, ensuring system stability, data integrity, performance optimization, and proper lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience administering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with specific expertise in Dataverse and Power Apps (Canvas), along with working knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Power Platform Administration
    • Administer and manage Microsoft Power Platform environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)
    • Monitor platform health, capacity, security roles, and licensing
    • Manage solution deployments and version control using ALM best practices
    • Coordinate migration of solutions between environments
  • Dataverse Management
    • Maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules
    • Troubleshoot backend data issues and ensure data integrity
    • Monitor integrations and dataflows
  • Power Apps (Canvas) Support
    • Maintain and enhance front-end Power Apps canvas applications
    • Troubleshoot user-reported issues
    • Implement UI updates and minor feature enhancements
    • Optimize performance and improve user experience
  • Power Automate & Dataflows
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows
    • Monitor and adjust Power Query dataflows used for data shaping and imports
    • Support bulk task automation and notification processes
  • SharePoint & Document Management
    • Support SharePoint configuration for document management
    • Ensure proper document library structure and permissions
  • Power BI Reporting
    • Maintain and update dashboards and reports
    • Validate data sources and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • The individual shall be working towards the relevant certifications within one and a half years after assuming duties:
    • Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval, complete a vendor/platform-specific certification
    • Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applicable s Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).
  • Three (3) years of Computerized System experience, to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Active Secret Clearance walking through the door
