The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy person with strong customer service skills. You must have a positive attitude and enjoy chatting with customers. This position is primarily focused on assisting customers in scheduling maintenance and service for their HVAC systems.
- $20-24 hourly

Shift:
Monday - Friday: 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service while representing the company’s values and brand with professionalism.
- Handle inbound calls with efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule service and maintenance appointments.
- Promote and enroll customers in the company’s membership program while supporting ongoing membership retention.
- Manage membership accounts to ensure customers maximize their benefits and renew annually.
- Achieve or exceed established performance standards and sales targets.
- Utilize call scripts and adjust messaging based on customer needs to effectively close appointments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit and type at a desk for long periods of time
- Ability to use computer software and phone equipment, including headset.
- Willingness to smile and laugh.
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environment.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking quotas.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Home services industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Service Titan experience is preferred.
