AI Automation Lead - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Automation Lead - REMOTE. This role will lead efforts in designing and deploying automation and AI-driven processes to enhance team workflows and tackle complex challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting process excellence and driving the adoption of innovative tools within the organization. With a focus on collaboration and strategic thinking, you will ensure solutions meet high security and user trust standards, ultimately aiming to improve outcomes across various teams. Accountabilities- Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Design, develop, and implement automation and AI solutions
- Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain program strategies and roadmaps in support of Trust automation needs
- Lead Change: Drive the adoption of Automation and AI use cases through pilots and scalable implementations
- Engage with Trust Leadership team and program managers to prioritize initiatives
- Delivery: Establish clear delivery plans based on strategies and collaborate on cross-team initiatives
- Collaboration: Gather feedback from stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Quality: Ensure quality assurance and deployment best practices are met across workstreams
- 8+ years of experience delivering high-quality automation solutions using various technologies
- 5+ years of practical experience with automation tooling focused on process excellence
- Direct coding experience with familiarity in multiple programming languages
- Experience managing projects and leading teams
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within scope
- Experience in communicating program health and facilitating on-time results
- Ability to manage different stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders
