Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations, workflow scheduling, and job prioritization
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate shop employees
• Address employee performance issues, disputes, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment
• Managing financial aspects such as daily revenue and salaries.
• Order, receive, record, and manage parts, tools, and materials
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production demands
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs
• Support sales objectives through efficient operations and quality service
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally
• Motivate employees to meet productivity and service goals

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of shop management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of pump repair, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment (preferred)
• Experience managing inventory, labor costs, and shop finances
• Proficiency with shop management systems, ERP, or basic computer applications
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
