Holbrook - New Pediatric Home Shifts for RN or LPN at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Holbrook, New York

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse for a 22-month-old male pediatric patient with complex medical needs. The patient has a history of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and is shunt-dependent. He is G-tube dependent for nutrition and medications and has a seizure disorder requiring close monitoring and adherence to a prescribed seizure management plan.

The patient requires total care, including assistance with activities of daily living, safe transfers, feeding via G-tube, medication administration, and ongoing neurological observation. Caregivers must be attentive to changes in condition, comfortable recognizing and responding to seizure activity, and familiar with shunt precautions.

Shifts Avail:
• 24 hours/day – 7 days a week

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
