Success in this role comes from combining deep technical expertise, creativity, and operational discipline to deliver exceptional products that redefine the learning experience.
Accountabilities:
  • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Translate product goals into actionable problems, hypotheses, and prioritized bets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, development, and launch phases.
  • Own key performance metrics, dashboards, and weekly business reporting.
  • Run experiments, including A/B tests and holdouts, to optimize adoption, conversion, and retention.
  • Evaluate build/buy/partner opportunities and lead integrations with external solutions.
  • Deliver high-conversion, user-focused experiences in collaboration with design teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product direction.
  • Mentor and coach product managers, elevating overall product practices.
  • Advance AI-native capabilities, including LLMs, personalization, retrieval-augmented generation, and copilots, with robust evaluation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years leading consumer software products at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in funnel optimization for adoption, conversion, and retention.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills in fast, ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to decompose complex problems and make strategic trade-offs.
  • Experience mentoring PMs and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native tools, workflows, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, lead roadmaps, and drive measurable impact.
Benefits:
  • Competitive market-leading salary and clear promotion pathways, with equity ownership opportunities (RSUs).
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible schedules across time zones.
  • Generous flexible time off policies to recharge effectively.
  • Continuous learning resources, including all-inclusive learning memberships and access for household members.
  • Cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate productivity.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD coverage, plus robust maternity, paternity, and adoption leave options.
