You will define multi-quarter roadmaps, run experiments, and advance AI capabilities while mentoring other PMs and shaping product practices. Accountabilities:

Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Translate product goals into actionable problems, hypotheses, and prioritized bets.
Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, development, and launch phases.
Own key performance metrics, dashboards, and weekly business reporting.
Run experiments, including A/B tests and holdouts, to optimize adoption, conversion, and retention.
Evaluate build/buy/partner opportunities and lead integrations with external solutions.
Deliver high-conversion, user-focused experiences in collaboration with design teams.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product direction.
Mentor and coach product managers, elevating overall product practices.
Advance AI-native capabilities, including LLMs, personalization, retrieval-augmented generation, and copilots, with robust evaluation.

Requirements:

8+ years leading consumer software products at scale.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in funnel optimization for adoption, conversion, and retention.
Exceptional executive-level communication skills in fast, ambiguous environments.
Ability to decompose complex problems and make strategic trade-offs.
Experience mentoring PMs and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with AI-native tools, workflows, and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to define product strategy, lead roadmaps, and drive measurable impact.
