The Program Manager will serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive program success. You will manage risks, track performance, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Accountabilities:

Manage the entire program lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
Align program activities with customer expectations and maintain overall customer satisfaction.
Define, implement, and monitor program controls, success criteria, and risk management plans.
Coordinate project teams, interdependencies, and priorities to ensure smooth program execution.

Requirements:

Experience managing firm fixed-price programs and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Deep knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes.
Ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams, government, and commercial customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
PMI certification or equivalent preferred; experience with unmanned aircraft systems and international programs a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
