This role is focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences in the field of data analytics for students across beginner and intermediate levels. You will act as both an educator and academic support specialist, leading live sessions, providing on-demand tutoring, and guiding learners through complex analytical concepts in a clear and structured way. The position plays a key role in shaping learner success by improving conceptual understanding, supporting academic engagement, and ensuring consistent quality across instructional delivery. You will collaborate closely with academic teams and mentors to enhance curriculum effectiveness and training outcomes. The environment is highly dynamic, combining teaching, mentoring, and quality assurance responsibilities. • Deliver live instructional sessions, weekly video tutoring, and on-demand academic support for learners in data analytics programs.
• Review and ensure quality of academic content, maintaining defined QA standards and a minimum performance score across all activities.
• Support learners by explaining complex analytical concepts clearly, conducting Q&A sessions, and identifying knowledge gaps.
• Mentor newly onboarded experts and contribute to their training and performance improvement during onboarding phases.
• Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum content, learning workflows, and instructional delivery quality.
• Contribute insights on emerging tools, datasets, and analytics trends to strengthen course relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, teaching, or related industry roles.
• Strong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; PhD or ongoing PhD is highly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and data interpretation for business decisions.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-expert learners in structured and simple language.
• Experience in online teaching platforms such as Zoom or similar tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple academic tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts based on operational needs.
